Enjoy a summer buffet your whole family will love, served in one of the most charming and centrally located venues in Greenfield Village — just steps from the Village Green, historic 1913 Herschell-Spillman Carousel and holiday programming vignettes.

Summer Salute Dinner offers two convenient service times and open-table seating for up to 10 guests, providing flexibility to relax and dine at your own pace before beginning your Salute to America experience.

The buffet features picnic-themed menu of barbecued chicken breast (GF), hot dogs, hamburgers (GF without buns), condiments, baked beans (VG), coleslaw (V), pasta salad (V), potato chips (V), cookies (V) and soda and water. Vegan burgers are available on request. Menu is served buffet-style for consumption in The Lodge only.

Ticket Prices

Member presale begins on May 20. Public tickets go on sale May 27. Please note that full 2026 programming details will be finalized and reflected on this page closer to the event.

Tickets & Reservations

Ticket purchasers can join an online queue at 8:30 a.m. EDT for first access to tickets starting at 9 a.m. EDT on both member and public on-sale dates.

Tickets to Summer Salute Dinner are available to purchase in advance online or by calling our Contact Center at (313) 982-6001. Dining tickets cannot be purchased on-site.

All guests within a single purchase will be seated together. Food allergies, dietary restrictions and requests to be seated next to a specific party can be noted during the online purchase process.

*Additional 25% off youth (5-11) tickets and 10% off senior (62+) tickets for both member and admission tickets across all event dates.

Summer Salute Dinner includes buffet dinner in The Lodge at Christie & Main and admission to Salute to America in Greenfield Village.

General Parking: $10 per vehicle for nonmembers and free for members.
